Step 1: Application
Secure an application form from the school office or contact the Admissions Office for assistance. Fill out all required details carefully, ensuring that your child’s information is complete and accurate. This step begins your child’s journey toward a Christ-centered education at CAES.
Step 2: Submission of Requirements
Please prepare the following documents for submission:
PSA / NSO Birth Certificate (1 photocopy)
Medical Certificate / Vaccination Record
Certificate of Good Moral Character (if transferee)
Report Card (Form 137) from previous school
These help the school verify eligibility and ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Step 3: Payment of Fees
Proceed to the Treasurer’s Office to settle the registration and initial payment. CAES offers flexible payment options to accommodate parents — either full-year or monthly plans. Keep your official receipt as proof of enrollment.
Step 4: Confirmation of Admission
Once requirements and payments are verified, your child’s admission will be confirmed by the Registrar or Admissions Officer. You will receive your child’s official enrollment status and school schedule, along with orientation details before classes begin.
